Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury All Ready pie crusts
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken (4 breast pieces)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can carrots, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth and thick.
    Cook one minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add broth and milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in all of the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Add top crust.
    Make several slits in top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
