Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large plastic food bag or bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Toss until potatoes are coated evenly. Place into shallow baking or roasting pan.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
