Brunch Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces bread, broken up
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 to 7 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large casserole greased with margarine, break up bread. Grate Cheddar cheese and mix with bread.
    In a blender, mix quickly eggs and milk.
    Pour over bread and cheese mixture.
    Cover with foil and let sit in fridge overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; 35 to 40 minutes covered, 20 to 25 minutes uncovered.
