Sweet Potato Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded peeled sweet potato
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in a bowl. Toss gently. Combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Add to cabbage mixture. Toss well. Cover and chill.
    Yields 6 servings.
