Buttermilk Meat Loaf Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    catsup
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk, bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix lightly, just until blended.
    Pack firmly into buttered ring mold. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Allow to stand
    for 5 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
    Turn out onto serving dish and drizzle catsup over meat loaf.
