Double Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, crumbs, onion, pepper, egg, Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
    On a sheet of tinfoil, spread mixture into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with cheeses and roll into a log.
    Seal ends and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    At the end of the hour, pour remaining tomato sauce over meat loaf and bake for another 15 minutes.
