Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Cream
butter,
sugar
and
flour
together and add egg yolks, lemon
juice and milk.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into buttered casserole.
Place
in
pan of warm water and bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until firm.
Serves 8.
