Apple-Pecan Caramel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. bite-sized pieces
Granny Smith apples
1/4 c. broken pecan pieces, toasted
1/2 c. Dannon creme caramel light yogurt
1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
1 packet sugar substitute (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine apples and pecans in bowl.
Mix yogurt, light mayonnaise, sugar substitute and cinnamon together and pour mixture over apples.
Toss gently to coat.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 6.
