Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick and frothy;
    beat in sugar.
    Melt chocolate and shortening together over slow heat.
    Add to first mixture.
    Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
    For better results sift these together.
    Add the flour mixture to the first mixture.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts.
    To prepare the 8 x 12 pan, grease well and line with wax paper.
    Then grease the waxed paper. Spread into pan
    and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cut into squares and let cool in pan.
