Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    1/2 cube oleo
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. milk
    2 pkg. broccoli, cooked and chopped
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute until tender onions in oleo on low heat.
    Add chicken soup, cheese, milk, broccoli and rice.
    Mix all together, then pour into greased baking dish.
    Top with a little grated cheese. Bake in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven until bubbly hot.
