Party Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. chopped pimiento
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to boiling; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Chill until partially set.
    Soften cream cheese; stir in pimiento.
    Add to gelatin mixture and blend.
    Fold in whipped cream, celery and nuts.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until firm.
