Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1 c. regular rice
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. sliced pimento olives
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes with liquid, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Cook the first 2 ingredients and add remaining ingredients. Chill before serving.
