Berry Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. berry vinegar
pinch of salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients, except the oil.
Add the oil in a slow, steady stream until blended.
Refrigerate.
Use on a spinach-cucumber salad.
