Meat Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion (about 1/3 c.)
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of pepper
    1 (16 or 17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion until browned in large frying pan, breaking meat with fork.
    Blend in tomato paste, salt, chili powder and garlic powder and pepper; add corn (including liquid) and cook until mixture is thick, stirring occasionally.
    Arrange half the meat mixture over noodles.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
