Black-Eyed Pea Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped tomato
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 sliced green onions
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Drain and serve.
    Makes 7 cups.
