Apple Nut Cake #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. diced apples
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar and beat.
Add oil, half the apples and half of the flour and beat.
Add vanilla, soda, salt and cinnamon and beat.
Add remaining apples, flour, and nuts.
Beat well and put in a greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well done.
