Loaded Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. bacon bits
1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
1 1/2 c. milk
butter to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil corn and cut off cob.
Put in hot sterilized quart canning jars.
Add 2 tablespoons of canning or pickling salt to each jar.
Fill to neck of jar with boiling water.
Seal.
