Dipped Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cups Sugar
    1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Molasses
    4 Cups Flour
    4 Tsp. Baking Soda
    1 Tbsp. Ground Ginger
    2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1 Tsp. Salt
    Additional Sugar
    2-12 oz. Vanilla Baking Chips
    1/4 Cup Shortening
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil; mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in molasses.
    Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Shape in 3/4 inch balls and roll in sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes; cool.
