Apple-Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 c. chopped fresh apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon and allspice
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat the first 4 ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
Combine the two mixtures and bake for about an hour at 350\u00b0.
