Chicken Tetrazzini(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine or spaghetti
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Saute garlic and mushrooms using cooking spray and a little water.
    Stir in soup, milk, cheese and chicken pieces.
    Heat through.
    Drain pasta and toss into mixture until well blended.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
