Ingredients

1 c. light olive oil
4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp. each: chopped fresh basil, tarragon and oregano
salt and fresh pepper to taste

Whisk together all ingredients and toss with fresh salad. Serve at once.
