Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 lb. green beans
    4 carrots, julienned
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic and ginger and cook 20 seconds.
    Add beans, carrots and onions; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
    Add water, soy sauce and sugar. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Makes 6 servings.
