Katjang Sauce(Peanut Sauce - Indonesian) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) jar peanut butter
1/2 can coconut milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk or water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except peanut butter.
Bring to a boil.
Turn heat to medium and add peanut butter.
Stir until smooth.
Take off stove and serve over Sate.
