Georgia Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. or 1 can blueberries, drained
    1 egg
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Stir in milk.
    Add blueberries and oil.
    Pour in flour mixture that has been sifted together (flour, salt and baking powder) all at once and stir until flour is moistened. Fill paper lined muffin tins about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
