Pineapple Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    6 slices bread
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Beat pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour with a fork.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Cut bread into cubes and brown in butter. Place cubes on top of pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
    Serve with main course in place of potatoes.
    Serves 6.
