Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the eggs; add sugar gradually.
    Stir into mixture the pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together flour, soda and spices; fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Line a 15 x 8-inch jelly roll pan with wax paper.
    Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle with nuts.
