Fried Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover roast beef, chicken or pork
    1 large can green chilies
    diced onions
    grated Longhorn cheese
    cooking oil
    medium or large flour tortillas
Preparation
    In a saucepan, dip each tortilla in cooking oil. Add some of each remaining ingredient to each flour tortilla.
    Roll up as a burrito.
    Heat oil and fry each burrito until flour tortilla is brown on both sides.
