Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes sliced thin
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. green pepper chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon fried and crumbled
    1 medium onion chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl and put in well greased baking dish.
    Cover and bake for one hour and fifteen minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
