Sausage Appetizer Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) tube Bob Evans sausage
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain thoroughly, blotting extra grease with paper towels.
Mix sausage with cheeses, eggs and oregano; save a couple tablespoons of egg to brush on top of roll.
