Instant Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour or enough for a nice dough
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Note:
    Rolls will rise better if set in a warm place.
