Arabian Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lean pork chops
6 Tbsp. raw rice
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
28 oz. can tomatoes
2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Sear pork chops on both sides and place in a casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
