Quick Avocado Soup(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chilled chicken broth
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice to taste
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
    1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and dill weed
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend to combine. Process until smooth.
    Chill 1 hour or longer covered.
    Serve sprinkled with chives.
