Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. muffin mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all but cheese; bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle cheese over top; bake 15 minutes or until center is hot.
Good hot or cold.
