Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
2 large onions, sliced thinly into rings
flour
salt and pepper
1 can evaporated milk
6 pats butter
Preparation

Grease pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle flour in bottom of pan; layer with onions.
Sprinkle with flour, then add a layer of potatoes.
Continue layering until potatoes and onions fill pan.
Pour milk over entire contents, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange pats of butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
When potatoes are soft it is done.
