Ingredients

1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. honey
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3 to 4 lb. chicken
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together mustard, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
Cover chicken pieces with mustard mixture. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
