Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy.
    Stir soda into buttermilk; add to sugar mixture alternating with flour. Stir in rhubarb.
    Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
