Bubble And Squeak(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine the potatoes and water.
    Cover tightly and cook on High (100%) for 7 to 13 minutes or until fork-tender, stirring once halfway through cooking.
    Let stand covered 3 minutes.
    Meanwhile, in a 1-quart glass measure, combine milk and 4 tablespoons butter.
    Cook on High for 1 minute.
    Set aside.
