Snow Ball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes gelatin, unflavored
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large angel food cake, torn in pieces
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    3 small pkg. Dream Whip
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add 1 cup boiling water, sugar, salt, pineapple and juice.
    Chill until thickened.
    Prepare 2 packages dessert topping according to directions.
    Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Fold in cake pieces.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill overnight.
    Prepare remaining topping, put on cake and sprinkle with coconut.
