Aunt Helen'S Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1 large corn
    5 Tbsp. hot oil
    3 large eggs
    buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Use enough buttermilk to make batter like corn bread.
    Makes 2 pans.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
