Delightful Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 carton small curd cottage cheese
1 c. salad dressing

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in vinegar.
Chill until almost congealed.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place in mold; chill until firm.
Serves 8.
