Pumpkin Orange Honey Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin puree
    1/3 lb. butter, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 orange (zest of)
    1 1/2 c. honey
    4 c. unbleached white flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix orange juice, eggs, pumpkin puree, butter, sour cream and orange zest until well blended.
    Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Add wet mixture to dry mixture.
    Stir gently until dry ingredients are moistened, but avoid overmixing.
    Bake in oiled muffin tins at 350\u00b0 until golden brown on top, approximately 25 minutes.
