Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1 c. small curd cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 Tbsp. softened butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or fresh, chopped
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except flour.
Mix thoroughly (not with mixer).
Add flour gradually.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour in a warm place.
Punch down; put in greased small loaf pans or casserole dish.
Let rise, covered, 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Recipe can be doubled, but use 9 x 13-inch pan.
