Deep South Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch collard greens
    3 or 4 ham hocks
Preparation
    Pick leaves off stems.
    Throw stems away.
    Cut up leaves; wash.
    Wash ham hocks.
    Put ham hocks in 3-quart pot full of water.
    Cook ham hocks until tender.
    Put greens in with ham hocks.
    Salt to taste.
    Cook until leaves are soft.
    Serve with Southern Fried Cornbread.
