Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crabmeat or 2 cans
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, separated
paprika
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon, 1/2 cup milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
Add more milk if necessary to make creamy.
Add crab and blend.
Place in 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, until crusty brown and bubbly on top.
