Pannakochan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1 can pie filling (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix milk, flour and eggs until smooth.
    Pour into pan over melted margarine.
    Spoon pie filling over batter.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
