Frozen Fruit Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. fruit cocktail (No. 2 can)
15 vanilla wafers
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Place sieve over bowl.
Pour fruit cocktail into sieve; drain juice into bowl.
Put cookies in plastic bag; roll with rolling pin until crumbs are formed.
Spread ice cream evenly in cake pan. Place fruit on top.
Sprinkle evenly with cookie crumbs.
Let freeze about 1 hour and serve.
