Tuna And Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen spinach
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
1 can French fried onion rings
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
onion salt
dry mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Make cream sauce of milk, flour and butter.
Season with onion salt, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Blend in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Place tuna fish, flaked, in 2-quart casserole.
Add 1/2 of the sauce.
Mix remaining sauce with cooked spinach and pour over tuna.
Top with onion rings and bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
