Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine (melted in casserole)
    1 can beef consume
    1 can onion soup (not cream)
    1 1/4 cup raw rice (regular)
    1 small jar mushroom pieces (drained)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in casserole in microwave.
    Mix all remaining ingredients in the casserole.
    Bake 1 hour covered at 350 degrees. This is good with pork chops.
