Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 C. raisins
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 C. water
    1 C. sweet or sour cream
    1/2 C. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of cloves
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    Cooked pie crust
Preparation
    Boil raisins in small about of water for 15 minutes, drain. Make paste of cornstarch and water and add to raisins, let that come to a boil.
    Add the cream, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar.
    Boil 1 minute, pour into baked crust.
    Cover with whipped cream when cooled and serve.
