Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 lb. lean ground meat
    2 lb. Hillshire beef sausage
    2 cans Campbell's French onion soup
    2 cans Campbell's beef bouillon soup
    2 cans (15 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 bunch shallots
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    2 bell peppers, chopped fine
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's converted rice
Preparation
    Spray large pan with Pam.
    Brown ground meat and drain well. Cut sausage into small pieces.
    Melt butter and mix all ingredients well.
    Cover pan real well with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Stir well and continue to cook for 1 hour.
